Nepal Airlines Web Check-In: Everything You Should Know

Nepal Airlines has a fixed time window for web check-in, so timing matters.

You can start web check-in 48 hours before your flight.
It stays open until 30 minutes before departure.

If you miss this time window then don’t worry. You can still check in at the airport counter.

The process is simple and doesn’t take much time.

• First, go to the official Nepal Airlines website.
• Next, find the web check-in section.
• Then, enter your PNR or booking reference number.
• After that, choose the passenger name.
• Now you can select your seat if seats are available.
• Finally, confirm everything and get your boarding pass.

You can print the boarding pass or save it on your phone. Either one works at the airport.

If you have checked baggage, you must go to the Nepal Airlines baggage drop counter. Your bags will be tagged there.

If you only have cabin baggage then you can go straight to security after showing your boarding pass and a valid ID.

So yes, web check-in saves time but you still need to follow airport rules.

Even if you finish web check-in early, reaching the airport on time is very important.

For domestic flights then do  reach the airport at least 90 minutes before departure.
For international flights, reach the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
