FlightsMojo User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of www.flightsmojo.in and any related websites, booking platforms, mobile services, customer support channels, applications, content, products, and services operated by Niamy Interactive Private Limited (formerly known as FlightsMojo Bookings Private Limited) (“FlightsMojo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Agreement establishes the rules, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to users of our services and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, airline fare rules, and supplier-specific terms that may apply to a booking.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using our Website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue use of our Website and services immediately.

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and booking intermediary that facilitates flight reservations through airlines, reservation systems, airline consolidators, and other travel suppliers.

FlightsMojo is not an airline, carrier, airport operator, or transportation provider.

The Website and services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

• You are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers included in the booking;

• You understand that airline policies may affect changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel eligibility.

FlightsMojo relies on information supplied by customers and shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete booking information.

By using our services and providing contact information, you consent to receive communications electronically.

Such communications may include:

• Booking confirmations;
• Travel itineraries;
• Service notifications;
• Security alerts;
• Customer support responses;
• Legal notices;
• Policy updates.

You acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be provided in writing.

It is your responsibility to ensure that contact information remains current and capable of receiving communications from FlightsMojo.

You represent and warrant that:

• Legal obligations require action;
• Continued access presents risk to FlightsMojo, suppliers, or other users.

Termination shall not affect rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

FlightsMojo makes no representation or warranty regarding:

• Freedom from errors or interruptions;

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlightsMojo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Your violation of applicable laws;
• Your infringement of third-party rights;
• Content submitted by you.

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

FlightsMojo may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, technology, legal requirements, or service offerings.

Updated versions will be published on the Website together with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the Website following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, or the services provided by FlightsMojo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive objections relating to venue to the extent permitted by law.
